Marc Perrone and Mariken van Loopik joined Linklaters as partners in its financial regulation practice, the firm announced Oct. 15.
Perrone will be based in Paris, and works on transactions relating to banking and financial institutions and advises on organizational and conduct of business rules applicable to regulated financial activities, both in France and globally, the firm said.
Van Loopik will be based in Amsterdam and focuses on governance, regulatory capital transactions, recovery and resolution planning, complex transactions, and contentious matters.
